摘　　要：应用光镜，透射电镜和扫描电镜对绿眼虫的超微结构进行了观察．观察结果表明，绿眼虫的细胞膜具有特化的螺旋状条纹结构，细胞器如叶绿体。The ultrastructure of Euglena viridis is studied with the trans electron microscope and scan electron microscope, The results show the particular spiral stripe structure of the cell membrane. Its cellular organelles such as chloroplast, mitochon drion and nucleus are different from those of high eukaryotic organisms.
