摘　　要：提出一种新的图象编码方案：无失真／有失真混合编码．用基于块分割算法的二值图象编码方法无失真编码包含图象关键信息且复杂度低的高位位平面；用小波变换算法有失真编码包含次要信息且复杂度高的低位位平面．该方案结合了无失真编码和有失真编码的优点，既能获得较高压缩比，恢复图象又能保持很好的质量．This paper presents a novel image coding scheme: lossfree/lossy hybrid coding scheme. High bit planes, which are simple and important, are coded by bilevel image coding algorithm based on block partitions. Low bit planes, which are complex and less important, are coded by wavelet transforms. This coding scheme can combine the virtues of both lossfree coding and lossy coding and compress images more efficiently.
