摘 要:选用几种典型液液体系,对一相为膜流动时伴随有界面扰动的传质进行了研究.实验在类似湿壁塔的扩散槽中进行,利用激光全息干涉装置拍摄传质界面现象的全息图,分析界面扰动对传质速率的影响.获得了传质系数增强因子的关联式.The process of liquid liquid mass transfer,in which there is film flow pattern as well as interfacial turbulence,has been investigated in serveral typical liquid liquid systems. The experiment was carried out in a transfer cell which is similar to a wetted column.The holograms of interface phenomena accompanying mass transfer were taken by using a holographic laser interferometry system. The effect of interfacial turbulence on mass transfer rate was analysed and the correlation for predicting enhancement factor of mass transfer coefficient was obtained.
