摘　　要：党的新一届领导集体把中国特色社会主义事业的目标确定为创建社会主义和谐社会,节能减排是实现人与自然和谐共生的重要途径,利益协调是实现人与人和谐相处的主要路径。To establish harmonious society is the goal of the CPC in order to realize socialism with Chinese characteristics. To promote energy saving and emission control is an important way to realize the harmony between human beings and nature. And benefits harmonization is an essential way to achieve the harmony among human beings.
