摘　　要：目的优选养阴益气降糖方的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定提取液中栀子苷含量为指标,优选养阴益气降糖方的提取工艺。结果养阴益气降糖方的最佳提取工艺为加水量10:1,提取次数3次,提取时间1.5h。结论该提取工艺简便、快捷,栀子苷提取效率高,稳定性好。Objective To study the extracting technology conditions for Yangyin Yiqi hypoglycemic recipe. Methods Geniposide as the index was detected by HPLC and the orthogonal test method was used for studying the effect of three extracting factors （amount of water, extracting time and number of times） on the extracting rate of Yangyin Yiqi hypoglycemic recipe. Results The optimum conditions of Yangyin Yiqi hypoglycemic recipe were： ten times of water, extracting for 1.5 h and three times. Conclusion The process has the high extraction efficiency for geniposide with good stability.
