摘  要:目的评价蛋白质粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法按卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》中增强免疫力功能检验方法,经口给予小鼠0.833g(/kg.bw)、1.667g(/kg.bw)、5.000g(/kg.bw)剂量的蛋白质粉30d,测定细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能指标,以及NK细胞活性。结果三个剂量组均能显著提高小鼠的NK细胞活性(P<0.001),1.667g(/kg.bw)、5.000g(/kg.bw)剂量能显著提高小鼠的迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞数(P<0.05或P<0.01),5.000g(/kg.bw)剂量能显著提高小鼠的碳廓清能力(P<0.05)。各剂量对小鼠体重增长、胸腺/体重比值、脾脏/体重比值、半数溶血值、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力及ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力均无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论蛋白质粉具有增强免疫力功能。Objective To assess the effects of a protein powder on the immtme function in mice. Methods In accordance with method for the assessment of enhancing immtme function in Technical Standards for Testing & Assessment of Health Food, indicators for cellular immunity, humoral immunity, clearance capacity of mononuclear-macrophages and NK cell activity were tested after miee were orally administered with the protein powder at 0.833g/kg.bw, 1.667g/kg.bw,5.000g/ kg.bw doses for 30 days. Results As compared with the control mice, the protein powder at three doses could markedly promote NK cel/ activity (P〈0.001). The doses of 1.667g/kg.bw, and 5.000g/kg.bw could enhance the delayed type hypersensitivity and increase antibody forming spleen cells(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), While with the of 5.000g/kg.bw could enhance carbon clearance capacity of the spleen macrophages (P〈0.05). It did not produce significant effects on 50% hemolytic concentration, the phagoeytosis of abdominal macrophages or the lymphocyte transformation capacity of the mice. Conclusion The protein powder is capable of enhaneemen of the immune function of mice.
