摘  要:目的研究应用脉冲场凝胶电泳方法甄别霍乱疫情传染源的效果。方法采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型方法分析所检出的霍乱菌株间的相关性,用PCR方法检测CT毒素基因的携带情况。结果分离自患者的2株霍乱弧菌CT毒素基因检测为阳性,PFGE图谱反映有差异;分离自健康携带者的CT毒素基因检测为阴性,且PFGE图谱与患者株存在明显差异。结论霍乱弧菌健康携带者的PFGE分子分型与患者分离的不一致,存在病患分别感染的可能。Objective To identify the source of infection of cholera outbreak in Dandong City by molecular biology. Methods The pulsed-field gel eleetrophoresis (PFGE) molecular typing methods was used to identify cholera strains and the cholera toxin gene carrying status of patients was detected by aid of PCR.. Results Two cholera Vibrio cholera toxin gene strains isolated from patients were postive. The results of toxin gene of Vibio cholera isolated from healthy subjects were negative . But the results of PFGE was different. Conclusion The laboratory test results show that healthy sujjeets are not the source of infection of Vibrio cholerae and there is the possibility that the patients might be individually infected with the disease.
