摘  要:目的观察供皮区UV-N光照射后自体表皮移植治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法将符合入选标准的31例患者随机分2组,治疗组供皮区采用UV-N光照射后,再行负压吸疱自体表皮移植术进行治疗,对照组单纯采用负压吸疱自体表皮移植术进行治疗。结果两组疗效比较,χ2=26.04,P<0.01;两组色素细胞总成活率比较,χ2=6.601,P<0.05;两组特殊部位色素细胞成活率比较,χ2=6.085,P<0.05;两组非特殊部位色素细胞成活率比较,χ2=0.24,P>0.05。移植后皮损处色素出现时间均数方面,两组特殊部位比较,t=5.85,P<0.01;两组非特殊部位比较,t=6.75,P<0.01。结论供皮区UV-N光照射后自体表皮移植治疗白癜风,可提高移植色素细胞成活率,缩短疗程,提高疗效,特别适用于特殊部位白癜风的表皮移植术。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of vitiligo with self-skin transplantation after illumination by UV-N ray on donor site. Methods A total of 31 cases qualified patients were randomly divided into treatment group treated with negative-pressure bleb-aspirated self-skin transplantation after UV-N ray illumination and control group only treated with negative-pressure bleb-aspirated self-skin transplantation. Results The results in treatment groujp was superior than that of control group ( X^2=26.04, P〈0.01) and the total survival rates of pigment cell in treatment group was also significant higher than that of the control group (X^2=6.601, P〈0.05) The results of comparison of special parts and non-special parts in treatment group were also significant superior than that of the control group ( t=5.85, P〈0.01 and 6.75, P〈0.01). Conclusions The treatment of vitiligo with self-skin transplantation after illumination by UV-N ray on donor site can enhance the survival rate of transplanted pigment cell, shorten the course of treatment and inprove the curative effect, thus it is especially suitable for treatment of vitiligo with skin transplantation of special part.
