摘　　要：目的了解哈尔滨市健康人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(以下简称流脑)带菌状况和免疫水平,预测流脑发病的趋势,为流脑的防控提供科学依据。方法选择宾县作为哈尔滨市流脑监测点。监测点按《全国流脑监测方案》要求,采集3个乡的<1岁、1～2岁、3～4岁、5～6岁、7～14岁、15～19岁及20岁以上共7个年龄组人群的咽拭子及静脉血分别进行健康人群带菌调查及人群抗体水平检测。结果哈尔滨市健康人群A群流脑IgG抗体的总阳性率为82.86%(174/210),C群流脑IgG抗体的总阳性率为62.38%(131/210);健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(以下简称Nm)的带菌率为3.33%(7/210)。结论哈尔滨市健康人群Nm带菌率较低,健康人群A群流脑IgG抗体阳性率维持在较高水平,C群流脑IgG抗体阳性率相对较低,表明大部分人对A群有免疫力,但C群感染率较高。Objective To understand the immune level of healthy population in Harbin City against epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis. Methods Samples were collected from from children of 7 different age groups and the levels of antibody to Group A and Group C meningococci were determined by ELISA. Results The total positive rate of antibody against Group A meningoeoeci was 82.8.6% and that against Group C meningococci was 62.38% during epidemic period. The carrying rate ofNeisseria meningitidis in healthy population was 3.33%. Conclusion The carrying rate ofNeisseria meningidis in healthy population is relatively low and the antibody level against Group A meningococci in Harbin is relatively high.
