摘　　要：介绍了Li/MnO2扣式电池负极集流网自动冲焊机的系统设计方案,主要对设计要求、设备工艺流程、控制系统的硬件、软件设计进行了详细的介绍。该设备经长期运行表明,完全能够满足自动化生产要求,是理想的扣式电池生产设备。This paper present a new system project of Li/MnO2 button battery automatic blanking ＆ welding machine, detailed introduces the design demand, equipment technics process, control system hardware and software design. The machine has been debugged and run well for a long time, fully meets the demand of automatic production. It is a perfect button battery machine.
