摘　　要：1990年的海湾战争已经给人留下这样的印象:常规的硬杀伤武器在战争中已不再是唯一主角,电子战能力的大小已成为决定胜负的关键之一。绝对控制着电磁频谱的多国部队在伊拉克百万大军尚未找到攻击目标时就将其击溃。美军的E-3预警机、隐形轰炸机和反辐射导弹都给人留下了深刻的印象,因此,未来电子战的发展方向应该是机载电子干扰。The Gulf War which broke out in 1990 has given people the impression： Regular hard-killing weapon were no longer the only protagonist in the war, the ability of EW （ Electronics War） has became one of the key to decide the victory or defeat. Multinational army who absolutely control the of electromagnetic frequency chart beat millions Iraq＇s soldiers when they havent found out the target to attack. The American army＇s E-3 early-warning airplane, invisible bomber and anti- radiation missile left a deep impression for people, therefore, EW＇s developing direction in the future should be the interference which lauched by electronic equipment on plane.
