无偿献血者单采血小板前后血液学指标的变化

摘　　要：目的了解单采血小板前后献血者血液成分的变化,观察捐献血小板对机体造成的影响。方法取60例献血小板者采集前后外周静脉血,分别检测红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞比容(HCT)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)和血小板分布宽度(PDW)。结果单采前后献血者PLT分别为(267.63±63.01)×109/L和(191.88±42.41)×109/L,单采后较单采前降低了17%～35%;RBC、HGB、HCT、WBC、MPV和PDW单采后均不同程度略有上升(P>0.05)。结论机采后血小板数目有所下降,但不影响其功能;其他血液学指标未有明显变化。Objective To observe the changes of the hematology index in voluntary blood donors before and after plateletpheresis, and the influence caused by donating platelets. Methods Red blood cell （ RBC ）, haematoglobin （ HGB ） , haematocrit （HCT） ,white blood cell（WBC）, platelet（ PLT）, mean platelet volume（MPV） and platelet distribution width （PDW） of 60 donors＇ peripheral blood samples before and after plateletpheresis were detected respectively. Results Before and after plateletpheresis,PLT were （267.63±63.01 ） × 10^9/L and （ 191.88±42. gl ） × 10^9/L respectively. The later was dropped of 17% ～ 35%. RBC, HGB, HCT, WBC, MPV and PDW were slightly raised after donation （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Although PLT has descended significantly after plateletpheresis, the blood coagulation is normal;and the other hematology index has little changed.
