中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病80例

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法采用龙氏颈椎牵引下正骨手法及中医辨证用药,配合颈椎旁神经阻滞治疗。结果治疗组80例中,治愈59例,好转16例,未愈5例,总有效率93.8%。结论中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病具有止痛快、疗程短、复发少、安全等优点,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for nerve root cervical spondylopathy. Methods The long＇ s cervical traction bonesetting skill and Chinese herbal medicine according to the differentiation of syndromes, assisted with nerve block adjacent the cervical vertebra. Results In all 80 patients,59 cases were cured, 16 cases were improved, and the overall response rate was 93.8%. Conclusion The combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can be used in the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylopathy with advantages of quick analgesic effect, short therapeutic duration, low rate of relapse, and high safety. This method can be popularized in the clinical practice.
