摘　　要：目的探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术中对移植血管保护的重要作用。方法对16例冠心病患者采取注意室内的温度、湿度,合理运用抗血管痉挛药物,避免血管桥游离时损伤,合理运用血管保存液保护血管内皮细胞,保持手术野清晰以利血管吻合。结果16例手术均顺利完成,术中搭桥3.8根,1例术后13h出现糖尿病酮症酸中毒休克抢救无效死亡,其余均痊愈出院,余15例术后均恢复良好,术后随访2个月～2年,患者均健在,无不适主诉。结论手术中细心保护移植血管是术后吻合冠状动脉通畅成功的重要环节,应予以高度重视。Objective To investigate the important protective function of graft vessels in coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods We set a suitable room temperature, moisture, administrated anti-vessel spasm drugs, avoided injury during dissection, selected a vascular protective solution to protect endothelial cell of graft vessels, provide a clear field in order to perform the vascular anastomoses. Results 16 cases operation were performed smoothly,3.8 graft vessels were anastomosised. 1 patient was died of diabetic ketoaeidosis shock in 13 hours after operation. The other 15 cases recovered satisfied. During 2 months-2 years follow-up, the patients survived without complain. Conclusion We should pay more attention to graft vessels protection because it was an important procedure in succeeding on-pump coronary artery bypass.
