少年红矾杏平喘糖浆的镇咳平喘作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察土家药少年红矾杏平喘糖浆的止咳、祛痰和平喘作用。方法通过小鼠氨水引咳实验观察其止咳作用；通过小鼠酚红祛痰实验观察其排痰作用；通过组胺所致豚鼠哮喘及离体豚鼠气管平滑肌实验观察其平喘作用。结果少年红矾杏平喘糖浆能延长小鼠由氨水引起的咳嗽时间，增加小鼠痰量的排出，显著延长豚鼠由磷酸组胺引喘的潜伏期，明显抑制离体气管平滑肌的收缩。结论少年红矾杏平喘糖浆有祛痰、止咳和平喘作用。Objective To observe the cough-preventing and asthma-relieving effect of Shaonianhong Fanxing Anti-asthmatic Syrup（SFAS）. Methods The cough-preventing effect was observed in the experiment of cough induced by ammonia in mice; the phlegm-removing effect was observed in the experiment of eliminating phlegm with phenol red in mice; and the anti-asthmatic effect was observed in the experiments of histamine inducing asthma and isolated tracheal smooth muscles of cavies. Results SFAS can prolong the coughing time induced by ammomia, enhance the excretion of sputum, extend the delitescence period of phosphoric acid histamine induced asthma and restrain the contraction of isolated tracheal smooth muscles. Conclusion SFAS has phlegm-removing, cough-preventing and anti-asthmatic effects.
