中药洗浴加穴位刺激治疗婴幼儿湿疹效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药洗浴加穴位刺激治疗婴幼儿湿疹的效果。方法将200例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照1组各70例,对照2组60例。对照1组给予糖酸莫米松局部涂搽;对照2组单纯采用中药洗浴治疗;治疗组采用中药洗浴的同时予以掐压穴位。结果治疗组治疗效果显著优于对照1组与对照2组,其不良反应发生率、复发率显著低于对照1组(P<0.01,P<0.0125)。结论中药洗浴加穴位刺激能有效治疗婴幼儿湿疹,不良反应少,安全可靠。Objective To explore the effect of bath with traditional Chinese medicine and acupoints stimulation on infantile eczema. Methods A total of 200 babies with eczema were divided into a first control group （n= 70）, a second control group （n= 60） and a treatment group （n= 70）. Babies in the first control group received external application of mometasone, those in the second control group were bathed with traditional Chinese medicine, and the counterparts in the treatment group were bathed with traditional Chinese medicine and received acupoints stimulation. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the the first control group and the second control group （P〈0.01）. The rates of adverse reaction and recurrence in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the first control group （P〈0.0125）. Conclusion Bath with traditional Chinese medicine and acuooints stimulation can effectively treat infantile eczema, and it also brings less adverse reaction to the babies.
