摘  要:采用无氟金属有机物沉积方法(MOD)在单晶基底SiTrO3(100)上制备GdBa2Cu3O7-x(GdBCO)薄膜.所用的无氟MOD方法制备GdBCO薄膜具有前驱溶液稳定、薄膜致密性好以及相比于TFA-MOD方法在热处理过程中无HF气体的产生等优点.经过一系列热处理工艺后,对薄膜进行X射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电镜(SEM)分析以及超导性能的测试.通过熔融外延生长,得到c轴织构良好、表面平整致密、临界超导转变温度为90K的GdBCO薄膜,77K自场下的临界电流密度约为0.6MA/cm2.GdBCO fihns have been synthesized on single crystal substrates of SiTrO3 (100)by using a fluoritefree MOD method. We have recently developed a fluorine-free MOD synthesis with several important advantages including precursor solution stability, improved film density, and elimination of HF during processing. The phase composition, microstructures and the critical temperature of superconductivity ( Tc ) and the critical current density (Jc) of GdBCO films have been investigated by x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and four-probe method. The Jc value of the YBCO film in self-field at 77 K was determined by the application of the Bean critical state model formula using the M - H curve. The critical temperature of superconductivity ( T ) of GdBCO films was 90 K and the critical current density (Jc) reached 0.6 MA/cm^2 at 77K in the self-field .
