摘 要:利用全波电磁仿真软件IE3D,研究并设计了高温超导宽带低插损小型化的微波双工器,使用的导体材料是双面氧化物高温超导薄膜YBCO,基片是厚度为0.5mm介电常数为23.5的LaAlO3.双工器的工作频段为2~2.5GHz和2.5~3GHz,在液氮温区77K时,带内插损小于0.3dB,通带间带外抑制大于30dB@中心频率.对将来高温超导信道化接收机系统的研究和设计具有重要的意义.In this paper, a Continuous Channels Low-loss compact HTS(high temperature superconductor) microwave diplex was researched and designed, which was manufactured on the double -sided HTS YBCO film on a LaAlO3 substrate of 0.5mm. Its bands were 2 -2.5 GHz and 2.5 -3 GHz. In each band, its insertion loss was lower than 0.3 dB, and its stop band loss was higher than 30 dB @ center frequency. It has much meaning for the research and design of HTS channelized receiver in the future.
