银屑病单核细胞来源的朗格汉斯细胞IL-18BPa的表达

摘　　要：目的：检测寻常型银屑病患者单核细胞来源的朗格汉斯细胞白介素-18结合蛋白（IL-18BP）的表达。方法：以S9为内参照，用半定量反转录多聚酶链反应（TT—PCR）法测定12例银屑病患者和12例正常对照外周单核细胞来源的朗格汉斯细胞中IL-18BPmRNA水平，采用双抗夹心ELISA方法测定培养液中IL-18BPa蛋白的浓度。结果：银屑病组和正常对照组只表达亚型IL-18BPamRNA；银屑病组IL-18BPamRNA和蛋白水平均无显著性差异。结论：单核细胞来源的朗格汉斯细胞是IL-18BPmRNA来源之一。Objective： To investigate the expression of interleukin - 18 bind protein in monocyte drived Langerhans＇ cells from patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods： The level of IL- 18BPa was measured by Sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. RT - PCR was used to determine the mRNA expression of IL - 18BPa in monocyte drived Langerhans＇ cells. Results： Twelve patients with psoriasis and 12 normal controls were evaluated. Only the express of subtype IL- 18BPa mRNA was found in both psoriatic patients and normal controls. There was no significant difference in the capability of producing IL - 18BPa mRNA and protein from monocyte - derived Langerhan＇ s cells between psoriatic patients and normal controls. Conclusion： Monocyte derived Langerhans＇ ceils is one of the origins of IL - 18BPa.
