藏药螃蟹甲中一个新的呋喃拉布素型二萜苷

摘　　要：为了研究藏药螃蟹甲的化学成分,采用不同的色谱方法对其进行分离纯化,根据得到化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。分离鉴定了1个呋喃拉布素型二萜苷类化合物,命名为15,16-epoxy-8(9),13(16),14-labdatrien-7-ketone-19-oic acid-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(糙苏苷F)。该化合物为新化合物。In order to find the compound basis of Phlomis younghusbandii Mukerjee that related to pharrnacodynamic action, various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents of this plant, and physicochemical and spectral data were used to identify the structures of obtained compounds. A new furanolabdane diterpene glycoside, named as phlomisoside F, was isolated and identified, which was 15,16-epoxy-8（9）,13（16）,14-labdatrien-7-ketone-19-oic acid-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester.
