摘  要:乐果废水成分复杂,可再利用物质含量高,常规方法难以处理。以江苏某公司的乐果废水为对象,对其处理和资源化利用工艺进行了研究。结果表明采用树脂分级吸附-溶剂洗脱的方法能有效回收硫磷酯,化学氧化-吸附过滤的方法能有效降低废水中残存硫磷酯的浓度。以XDR树脂为吸附剂时废水中硫磷酯的回收再利用率大于90%;以次氯酸钠为氧化剂、粉煤灰为吸附过滤剂,处理后的废水中有机硫平均质量浓度小于0.16 g/L,有机磷的平均质量浓度小于0.10 g/L,废水的CODC r值由未处理时的平均153 g/L降为3.98 g/L。Owing to its complicated organic ingredients and wastewater is regard as a big problem in industry wastewater treatment. high content of utilizable substance, rogor The process of treatment and utilization for rogor wastewater from a chemical plant in Jiangsu was studied. The results indicated the phosphorothionate in the wastewater could be utilized efficiently through resin absorption and desorption by solvent. The remain of phosphorot-hionate in the wastewater could be reduced fully by chemical oxidation and absorption-filtration. With XDR resin as absorbent, the recovery of phosphorothionate in the wastewater was up to 90%. With sodium hypochlorite as oxidant and fly ash as absorbing-filtering agent, the average concentration of organic sulfur was less than 0.16 g/L and the average concentration of organic phosphorus was less than 0.10 g/L in the wastewater. The average value of CODcr was decreased to 3.98 g/L from 153 g/L.
