摘 要:研究了三光气(BTC)与邻甲酚反应合成碳酸邻甲酚酯的新方法,并对酚钠盐浓度、温度、三光气用量等因素的考察。结果表明:酚钠盐浓度、温度以及BTC用量过高或过低,都会降低收率,其中温度较高会加速BTC的分解,而BTC用量较低会使反应不完全。合成碳酸邻甲酚酯的优化工艺条件为酚钠盐浓度为2.8 mol/L,温度25℃,三光气用量为5.1 g,收率98.45%,纯度达98%以上。a new approach Synthesis of di( and technology. o-tolyl) carbonate using bis(Trichlormethyl) carbonate (BTC) and paracresol was Through temperature,paracresol sodium salt concentration and the amount of BTC such as the study. The higher temperature accelerated the decomposition of the BTC, BTC and a lower amount couldn't react fully. The optimum technology of synthesis of di( o - tolyl) carbonate was found that paracresol sodium salt concentration was 2.8 mol/L, temperature was 25℃ and bis(Trichlormethyl) carbonate dosage was 5.1 g, Under the optimum reaction conditions,the yield was up to 98.45% and the purity of product exceeded 98%.
