摘  要:考察了ZSM-5分子筛催化高密度碳氢燃料JP-10的裂解情况.在500~650℃温度范围内,与热裂解相比,分子筛催化可显著提高裂解转化率,主要产物有甲烷、乙烷、乙烯、丙烷和丙烯,以及苯和苯的同系物等.在较高温度时,由于氢转移反应,产物中出现了茚、萘等低氢碳比化合物,会影响燃料的燃烧性能,应用时需要根据性能要求在高裂解转化率与低芳烃收率之间进行权衡.通过裂解产物分析,结合量子化学计算,探讨了JP-10催化裂解的可能历程,并对实验结果进行了解释.The catalytic cracking of JP-10, one kind of high-density hydrocarbon fuel, over ZSM-5 molecular sieves was investigated. Compared with thermal cracking of JP-10, the conversion ratio of the catalytic cracking in the temperature range from 500 to 650℃ is evidently enhanced. The predominant products of the catalytic cracking are methane, ethane, ethylene, propane, propylene, benzene and benzenoid hydrocarbons. It was found that indene and naphthalene, which have harmful effects on the combustion prop- erty, were produced because of the hydrogen transfer reaction at high temperatures. High conversion ratio and low content of aromatics could not be obtained simultaneously. In combination of the determined products with the quantum calculation, the reaction mechanism of the catalytic cracking of JP-10 was discussed. The results can be reasonably explained from the proposed mechanism.
