摘  要:为了解光照对鸡产蛋的影响机理,探讨了间脑内光信息传导通路。将60日龄母鸡右眼遮光7 d后接受20 lx的光照刺激1.5 h,暗适应1.5 h后灌流固定,取脑制作石蜡切片,通过免疫组化方法检测c-fos基因在间脑的表达。结果显示,间脑内有大量Fos样免疫反应阳性神经元,主要见于左侧,分布于圆核(ROT)、室旁核(PVN)和缰核(HB)等核团内,其中ROT和PVN内最多,表明这些核团的神经元在光信息传递中起重要作用。Hens of 60 day old were used to investigate the pathway of optical information in diencephalon so as to provide a solid base for exploring the mechanism of the effect of light on egg- laying. After wearing a blinder to keep dark for 7 days, the right eyes received a light stimulation of 201x for 1.5h and kept in dark again for 1.5h. Following perfusing with fixative, their brains were removed and made into continuous paraffin sections. Using immunohistochemical method, expression of c - fos gene in diencephalon was examined. The result showed that a number of Fos - like immunoreactive positive neurons were observed in diencephalons. They were mainly present in left side, distributing in nucleus rotundus (ROT), paraventricular nucleus (PVN), and habenular nucleus (HB) etc. , especially numerous in ROT and PVN, indicating that the neurons in these nuclei play important roles in the transfer of optical information.
