摘　　要：数据包络分析方法(DEA)是一种重要的效率评价方法,它已经被广泛应用于经济和管理的众多学科.而正确、高效的软件系统则是实现DEA方法应用的基本前提和重要保障.因此,首先分析了应用线性规划软件求解DEA模型存在的问题和开发DEA专用软件的必要性.然后,给出了判断DEA有效性的方法和求解步骤.最后,给出了判断DEA有效性的算法及其流程.DEA method is an important method for evaluating the efficiency of units. At the same time,a right and efficient system of DEA software is a basic condition and important basis to which DEA mrthods are applied. At first,the problem of solving DEA model by software of linear programming and the necessity of developing DEA software are analyzed. Then,an algorithm and software for judging DEA-efficient units are provided. Finally,an algorithm for judging the efficency of decision making units is given.
