摘 要:基于Buck DC/DC变换器,设计了埋弧焊接(Submerged arc welding,SAW)过程的稳弧控制器.把弧焊电压作为反馈参数,经过比例放大器后产生一对波形相同、相位相差180°的脉冲宽度调制(PWM)信号.用该PWM信号驱动Buck变换器的主开关MOSFET,相当于控制送丝机的送丝速度.整个调节过程可以用线性微分方程描述,一个与送丝机特性、电弧特性、控制电路特性相关联的混合时间常数是反映系统自动调节快慢程度的主要参数.Based on Buck DC/DC converter, an arc stability controller was designed for submerged arc welding (SAW). Taking welding arc as a feed-back parameter, through a proportional circuit,a pair of pulse-width-modulation (PWM) signals,which are in same waveforms but 180~ angle shift,are generated. These two PWM signals are used to gate-drive MOSFETs in Buck converter as well as the speed of wire-feeding. The whole processing can be described in the form of an order equation. A hybrid time constant,which was the functions of wire feeder,welding arc and electronic control circuit ,is the major parameter to reflect adjusting rate of the system.
