摘 要:目的探讨纯中药制剂菊藤胶囊对应激性高血压(SIH)大鼠血压的影响及其机制。方法雄性SD大鼠42只随机分为应激+蒸馏水组模型组、应激+菊藤胶囊高剂量组(JT-H)、应激+菊藤胶囊中剂量组(JT-M)、应激+菊藤胶囊低剂量组(JT-L)、应激+卡托普利组(卡托普利组)及正常对照组,除正常对照组外,其余五组均采用低频低压交流电间断电击法。电击大鼠足底28d,制作应激性高血压模型,同时各组均加入不同的干预。应用经尾动脉测量血压和心率,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测大鼠血浆醛固酮,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测大鼠血浆儿茶酚胺。观察比较菊藤胶囊不同剂量组、卡托普利组对应激致大鼠血压及相关指标的影响。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组大鼠血压和血浆醛固酮含量明显升高,儿茶酚胺(去甲肾上腺素,肾上腺素)含量均明显升高;与模型组相比,菊藤胶囊高、中、低组均能抑制应激大鼠的血压及醛固酮含量的升高,菊藤胶囊高、中剂量能明显降低应激大鼠儿茶酚胺的含量,低剂量组应激大鼠的儿茶酚胺含量无明显改变。结论菊藤胶囊能够降低应激性高血压大鼠的血压,其机理可能是降低血浆中醛固酮以及儿茶酚胺的含量来实现的。Objective: To observe the effect of Juteng Capsule on blood pressure of a rat model of stress - induced hypertension(SIH) . Methods: 42 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups. They were normal group, model group, JT - H group, JT - M group, JT - L group and captopril group. Electric foot shock was used to build SIH rats. To observe the blood pressure and hemorheology in rats. The level of plasma aldosterone were measured by ELISA. The level of catecholamine were measured by HPLC. Results : Compared with normal group, the blood pressure and plasma aldosterone of model group were significantly higher, and the catecholamine were increased. The ievels of plasma aldosterone and eatecholamine were degraded by Juteng Capsule, compared with model group. Conclusion: Juteng Capsule can significantly degrade the blood pressure , perhaps by degrading plasma aldosterone and catecholamine characteristics.
