摘  要:多沙唑嗪是一种α-1受体阻滞剂,有选择性地作用于α-1受体,可改善良性前列腺增生(BPH)症状,又可降低血压。化学计量学二阶校正算法具有独特的"二阶优势",能够在未知干扰组分共存下,直接定量分析体系中感兴趣的组分。本文基于多沙唑嗪稳定的荧光性质,利用激发发射荧光矩阵(EEMs)结合二阶校正算法,成功地直接测定血浆样中多沙唑嗪。血浆样品不需做前期处理。它快速简便,比其它分析方法,既节约试剂又节约时间,是一种对复杂体系感兴趣组分进行直接定量分析的好工具。Doxazosin is a selective inhibitor of the alphal subtype of alpha adrenergic receptors. It was used in men to treat the symptom of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) with hypertension. Second-order calibration with its second-order advantage can be applied for a direct determination of interested components, even in the presence of unknown interferences. Benefited from doxazosin's stable fluorescence character, this paper proposed a new and effective approach for direct determination of doxazosin in human plasma samples by the incorporation of excitation-emission matrix (EEMs) fluorescence and second-order calibration. This strategy that allowed omitting the pretreatment of plasma samples helps us save time and reagents, and was convenient. Second-order calibration method was promising tool for determination of interested analytes in complex mixture.
