摘　　要：为了适应成熟市场体制的需要,应继续深化中央银行的金融监管职能,即:进一步强化中央银行执行货币政策的独立性;进一步转变中央银行的金融监管职能,不断深化中央银行进行金融宏观调控手段的改革;进一步改善中央银行所进行的金融宏观调控方式。To satisfy the need for a mature market system, the financial supervision of the central bank has to be strengthened, that is, to further consolidate its independence in implementing monetary policy, to further transform its function of financial supervision, to constantly further the reform of its macro financial adjustment measures and to further improve its macro financial adjustment methods.
