摘  要:分析了不同并联控制技术的特点和采用无主从并联方式的优点,在模型分析的基础上得到了逆变器无功功率与电压幅值、有功功率与电压相位之间的关系,提出了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的无主从双模块逆变器并联控制方案。通过系统结构框图和双模块并联控制框图阐述了无主从并联模式的实现过程。通过分析电压、电流的相位关系提出了有功和无功的计算方法。给出了锁相环的控制框图,实现了双模块并联时对相位的高精度要求。基于上述原理研制了样机,实现了2台3 kV·A逆变器的并联均流控制,两逆变模块输出电压相位误差小于1°,在额定容量时两逆变模块之间的环流很小,不大于2 A,实验结果验证了所提出方法的可行性。Compared with different parallel control technologies, the advantages of the parallel equity control method are analyzed. The relations of reactive power with voltage amplitude, active power and voltage phase are summarized based on model analysis. A parallel control scheme of inverter with dual equity modules based on DSP is introduced. Its implementation is presented with the block diagrams of the system structure and the parallel control. The calculation method of reactive power and active power is proposed based on the analysis of the phase relation between voltage and current. Its requirement for high precise phase is met by digital phase locked-loop. The prototype is developed to realize the current sharing control of two parallel 3 kV, A inverters. The output voltage phase error between two inverter modules is less than 1°, and the loop current is less than 2 A at rated capacity. Experimental results show the proposed method is feasible.
