摘　　要：针对IEC61850标准建立了一套验证互操作的平台,对某220 kV数字化变电站进行了互操作试验。介绍了互操作试验的基本原则,主要是对基于IEC61850标准应用层面进行互操作。对过程层与间隔层、间隔层之间及间隔层与变电站层之间的通信进行了互操作试验,列出了互操作试验的方案表。以国内2家保护生产设备厂的产品做了互操作试验(常规四遥、过程层与间隔层通信、保护装置互操作等试验),测试结果表明,试验设备多数功能已能正确实现互操作。An IEC61850-based interoperability test platform is built to test the interoperability of a 220 kV digital substation. The basic test principle is introduced, which focuses on the interoperability of IEC61850 -based application level. The interoperability test plan is designed and the communications between process and bay levels, between bay and bay levels and between bay and substation levels are tested. Test results are compared between two main protection manufacturers, including the four remote functions, the communication between process and bay levels, the interoperation of protective equipment, etc. , which shows that, most functions of tested equipment are interoperable.
