血管内栓塞治疗颈内动脉眼动脉段动脉瘤  

Treatment of Carotid Ophthalmic Artery Aneurysm by Embolization

摘　　要：经股动脉插管,采用球囊或微弹簧圈栓塞颈内动脉眼动脉段动脉瘤。结果6例均一次栓塞治疗成功,并保持载瘤动脉通畅,3例动脉瘤完全消失,另3例栓塞90％以上。随访3月～3年未见动脉瘤复发。Six caese of carotid ophthalmic artery aneurysm were embolized using balloon or micro-coil. The results demonstrated that each of all the caese was embolized successfully and its parent artery was clear (unobstructed). The aneurysms were completely vanished in 3 cases,incompletely in the remaining cases. No recurrence of aneurysm in all the cases was found within the follow-up of 3 months to three years.
