低温氧合血灌注心肌保护的临床观察

摘　　要：将62例心脏病患者分为两组,即低温氧合血灌注组(试验组),冷晶体灌注液组(对照组),观察两组的复跳时间、自动复跳率及血流动力学变化等。结果:两组复跳时间无明显差异(P>0.05),自动复跳率差异明显(P<0.05),试验组心输出量、每搏量、左室每搏功较对照组恢复良好(P<0.01),两组应用血管正性药的时间差异明显(P<0.01)。62 patients with heart diseases were divided into two groups:1)Oxygenated cool humen-blood irrigated group (experimental group);2) Cool cristal solution irrigated group (control group).Heart re-beatin duration,heart-self-rebeatiog rate and blood-flow dynamic were observed and compared. Results; reheating duration of the 2 groups was not significantly different (P>0.05),Self-rebeatong rate was significantly different (P<0.05). The recovery of CO,SV,LVSW of the experimental group Was better than con-tral group(P<0. 01), Positive-blood-vessle-drug using duration of the 2 guoups was significantly different (P<0. 01).
