摘 要:介绍新型离心式径向反应器首次成功应用于催化重整装置的情况。与常规的向心式径向催化重整反应器相比,新型离心式径向反应器的平均压力降低约40 kPa,装置能耗降低约3.5%,催化剂的使用寿命延长约15%。在低反应温度(加权平均床层温度468℃)下汽油辛烷值RON可达到91,稳定汽油收率提高1.8%。The first application of the new-type centrifugal radial reactor in the commercial catalytic re- former is described. As compared with the conventional centripetal CCR reactor, the average pressure of new centrifugal radial reactor is lowered by about 40 kPa, the energy consumption of the unit is reduced by about 3.5% and the life of the catalyst is extended by about 15%. When the unit is operated at a low reactor temperature (468 ℃ weighted average bed temperature), the octane number of gasoline is 91 and yield of stabilized gasoline is increased by 1.8%.
