血清HBsAg阳性患者肝癌及癌旁组织中HBx基因的表达及p53基因的突变

摘　　要：本实验用ＰＣＲ、ＰＣＲ－ＳＳＣＰ银染方法对２４例血清ＨＢｓＡｇ（＋）患者肝癌及癌旁组织中ＨＢｘ基因表达和ｐ５３基因突变进行了检测。肝癌组织中ＨＢｘ基因表达率为１７％（４／２４），ｐ５３基因突变率为３３％（８／２４），癌旁正常组织和硬化组织中均无ＨＢｘ基因表达和ｐ５３基因突变。存在ＨＢｘ表达的肝癌组织中ｐ５３基因突变率为１００％（４／４），ｐ５３基因突变与ＨＢｘ基因表达具有相关性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。PCR　and　PCR-SSCP　were　used　to　study　p53　gene　mutation　and　HBx　gene　expression　in　HCC　tissues　and　tumor-adjacent　tissues　of　serum　HBsAg(+)　with.The　rate　of　p53　gene　mutation　was　33%　in　HCC　tissues(8/24),the　rate　of　HBx　gene　expression　was　17%(4/24).Neither　p53　mutaton　nor　HBx　gene　was　founded　in　tumor-adjacent　tissues.The　rate　of　p53　gene　mutation　was　100%(4/4)　in　tumor　tissues　with　HBx　gene.p53　gene　mutation　was　congratulated　with　HBx　gene　expression.It　was　suggested　that　the　mechanism　of　p53　mutation　was　associated　with　intergrated　HBx　gene.
