穴位注射维生素B_(12)治疗扁平疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗扁平疣的临床效果。方法作者创用穴位注射维生素Ｂ１２（ＶｉｔＢ１２）的方法，治疗了经用３种以上其它方法治疗无效的患者，共９１例。结果全愈者３５例，显著有效５６例。治愈率３８．５％，有效率１００．０％。与肌内注射ＶｉｔＢ１２组及注射聚肌胞组对照比较，经ｔ检验及χ２检验，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）。且光镜及电镜组织病理检查所见也证实其疗效。结论穴位注射ＶｉｔＢ１２治疗扁平疣为一简便易行且有良好疗效的方法。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of combined western and traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of verruca plana.Methods Acupoint injection of Vit.B 12 was used to treat 91 patients suffering from verruca plana after unsuccessful therapy of more than 3 methods.Results Complete cure, 35 cases; significantly improved, 56 patients. The total effective rate was 100%. Compared with the Vit.B 12 IM injection group and polyinosinic cytidy lic acid IM injection group, the difference was highly significant ( P <0.001). The results were also proved by histologic examination. Conclusion The Vit.B 12 acupoints injection is a simple and effective method for the treatment of facial verruca plana.
