摘  要:对长期饮用高本底放射性饮水矿区职工(暴露组)血清中SOD和MDA水平进行了检测,并与饮用正常饮水矿区职工进行对照。结果显示:暴露组职工血清的SOD水平明显高于对照组人群(分别为(114.03±18.47)U/ml,(100.59±19.84)U/ml,P<0.05),与暴露组中井下职工血清的SOD水平较高有关,而地面职工血清的SOD水平与对照组相比则相差不大,MDA的检测结果也显示出同样趋势,这可能与暴露组矿工在井下的特殊作业环境有关,并建议对此做进一步的调查。With the spectropotometric method, we measured the serum SOD and MDA levels of the inhabitants in mining area, who drink high-background radiation potable water. The results showed that the workers drinking high-background radiation water had higher SOD (114. 03 ± 18. 47 U/ml vs 100. 59 ± 19. 84U/ml P < 0.05)and MDA (6.37 ± 2.96 μmol/L vs 5 .40 ±1 .33 μmol/L) levels than those of the control group (P < 0.05), respectively. The difference was mainly associated with the levels of miners who worked under ground. It is necessary to make further observation on the findings.
