通心络胶囊治疗老年脑动脉硬化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察老年脑动脉硬化患者应用通心络胶囊治疗疗效,评价患者临床症状改善情况。方法收集整理我院近3年老年脑动脉硬化患者124例,随机分为2组,每组62例。治疗组给通心络胶囊口服,观察用药前、后血脂水平,同时观察临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组用药3个月后,血TC、TG、LDL-c较用药前明显下降(P<0.01?,HDL-c则升高(P<0.05?,临床症状获得不同程度改善。结论老年脑动脉硬化患者应用通心络胶囊有较好的调脂疗效,可改善患者的临床症状,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule in elderly patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis and evaluate the improvement of clinical symptoms. Methods 124 cases were randomly divided into two groups of 62 cases. The treatment group used Tongxinluo oral capsule. To observe treatment before and after the blood lipid levels and observation of clinical symptoms improved. Results Tongxinluo had used three months later,The blood TC, TG, LDL - c decreased significantly than before treatment （P 〈0. 01 ） and HDL- c were higher （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no difference in the control group. The clinical symptoms had been improved. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can be applied to improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms. It is effective in elderly patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis and worthy of promotion.
