巴戟天择时服用对补阳作用的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨巴戟天择时服用对补阳的作用。方法采用雌性激素样作用及雄性激素样作用的实验方法,测定卯时(5∶00～7∶00)和酉时(17∶00～19∶00)给药对性器官(子宫、睾丸、包皮腺、会阴复合体)重量的影响,计算性器官指数(mg/10g)。结果卯时、酉时服药均可增加NIH小鼠性器官重量,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);雌性激素样作用卯时强于酉时(P<0.01);巴戟天高剂量组的雄性激素样作用卯时给药也强于酉时,巴戟天低剂量组的雄性激素样作用卯时与酉时的差异不明显。结论卯时给药效果强于酉时给药。Objective To study invigorating Yang effect of time - selecting administration of Morinda officinalis How. Methods To observe The effect of the weight of sex organ （ including Uterus, Testis, prenuptial gland, perineum complexes） at Mao period and at You period Administration, and calculate the coefficient sex organ by using female hormone function and androgen - like function. Results The sex organ （ Uterus ,Testis , prenuptial gland , perineum complexes） weight of NIH/nice was increased at Mao period and at You period Administration compared with control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The female hormone function at Mao period Administration was stronger than that at You period Administration （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, the androgen - like function of Miranda offieinal is also at Mao period being stronger than that at You period in the high dose group; There were no significant differences of the androgen - like function of Morinda officinalis How between Mao and YOu period in the low dose group. Conclusion The invigorating Yang effect of administration at Mao period is better than that at You period.
