摘　　要：对政府投资项目运行机制之一的激励机制进行了分析和研究,详细阐述了激励机制的内涵,利用委托代理理论构建了代建制下的激励模型,通过对模型的分析与推导,对激励机制进行了设计,为我国代建制的发展有着极其重要的指导意义。The paper studies the incentive mechanism in agent construction system, discussesthe connotation of incentive mechanism, establishes an incentive model in agent construction system based on principal-agent theory and designs the incentive mechanism according to analysis and deduction on the model.
