中西医结合治疗椎间盘炎21例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗椎间盘炎的临床疗效,探讨椎系统的间盘炎的综合治疗方法。方法:21例用西药、中药和理疗综合治疗6周。结果:治疗法6周均获痊愈,腰部疼痛消失,局部无压痛及叩击痛腰部活动基本恢复正常,复查X线片示病变间隙相邻椎体边缘骨质硬化修复或融合,体温及血沉均恢复正常。结论:采用中西医结合治疗椎间盘炎可减少痛苦,提高疗效,缩短住院时间。Objective：Observed in Chinese - Medicine and Western - Medicine, physical therapy in the treatment of discitis of clinical efficacy ,to explore the system of inter -vertebral disc inflammation of the comprehensive treatment. Methods：Select discitis patients 21 by using Western medicine, Chinese medicine dialectical drug treatment and physiotherapy treatment in 6 weeks. Results：This group of 21 cases, the above -mentioned treatment for 6 weeks have been recovered, back pain, tenderness and local non -deduction hit back pain returned to normal activities, review X - ray showed lesions edge of space adjacent vertebral bone repair or hardening integration , And body temperature and ESR were returning to normal. Conclusion ： Integrated TCM and Western - Medicine treatment Treatment ,physical therapy of discitis can reduce the suffering of patients and improve clinical efficacy, shorten length of stay in hospital.
