摘  要:为了解决采掘工程图件管理工作中存在的问题,基于全寿命周期动态管理的观点,将采掘工程图件的相关活动划分为任务下达、设计、报审、定性归档4个阶段。通过对人工管理模式下各阶段业务流的分析,明确了各阶段的具体功能活动及其相互联系,探讨了系统的体系结构与功能模块,并论述了图件分类目录树、在线审批和环形审批流程等关键技术的实现。现场应用表明,系统整体功能结构能够规范采掘工程图件的动态管理,加快业务流转速度,节省人力、物力和财力。In order to solve the existing problems in the mining and excavation engineering drawing and document management operation, based on the view of the full service period dynamic management, the related activities of the mining and excavation engineering drawing and document could be divided into 4 stages, as a mission approved, design, submission and examination, classification and file. With the analysis on the operation flow of each stage under the manual management mode, the certain function activity and the mutual relation of each stage was clarified. The paper discussed the system structure and function module of the system and stated the implementation of the classification content tree, on line examination and approval and circulated examination and approval as well as other key technologies. The site application showed that the integrated function structure of the system could regularly have the dynamic management of the mining and excavation drawing and document, could speed up the operation circulation speed and could save the labor, material and financial costs.
