摘 要:为解决现有湿式混凝土喷射机的粘结和堵管问题,推广湿喷机在煤矿井下的应用。SPL- 4型湿式混凝土喷射机排料系统采用压风和螺旋排料结构,风料混合室采用环形螺旋风吹料,使之在弯管内形成稀薄流形态。在煤矿锚喷巷道应用表明,压风和螺旋排料可保持供料的连续性,防止湿料的黏结。风料混合室的内外室结构及进风口的角度可以使湿料形成稀薄流,保证输送过程不堵管。SPL-4型湿式混凝土喷射机的排料和输送结构可有效解决黏结和堵管问题,使湿喷机适应煤矿井下应用条件。In order to solve the binding and jamming problems of the existing wet concrete shooter and to promote the application of the wet concrete shooter in coal mines, the discharging system of the SPL -4 wet concrete shooter had adopted with a pneumatic and spiral discharging structure. A circulated spiral pneumatic blowing concrete was applied to the pneumatic air and material mixing chamber and thus there would be a thin liquid formation on the inner surface of the bended tube. The application of the mine bolt and shotcreting roadway showed that the pneumatic air and spiral discharging could keep the material supply to be continued and could prevent the sticking of the wet material. The inner and outer structures of the pneumatic air and material mixing chamber and the angle of the air income could make the wet material in thin flow in order to keep no jamming for the transportation. The material discharging and transportation structures of the SPL - 4 wet concrete shooter could be effectively to solve the sticking and jamming problems and thus the wet concrete shooter could be suitable for the underground mine application condition.
