摘 要:以黄淮地区的立井井壁破裂事故为鉴,为了给以后的破裂井壁治理方案提供更合理的技术参数,以杨庄煤矿副井为例,对杨庄煤矿副井深厚松散层破裂井壁多次治理效果进行对比分析,结果表明:井圈加固+卸压槽+化学注浆是目前对深厚松散层井壁破裂治理的较合理方案,单卸压槽方案优于双卸压槽方案,化学类浆液优于水泥类浆液,采用该方案不仅堵水防渗效果比较明显,而且能更有效地减缓卸压槽的压缩速率,卸压槽的使用期限为3~6年,卸压槽压缩量达到设计值后应当及时更换。Taking the mine shaft liner broken accidents occurred in Yellow River and Huaihe River area as the references, in order to provide more rational technical parameters for the mine shaft failed linear control plan in the future, taking the auxiliary shaft of Yangzhuang Mine as an example, a comparison analysis was conducted on the multi treatment results of the broken linear of the auxiliary shaft in deep thick soft strata of Yangzhuang Mine. The results showed that the mine shaft ring reinforcement and pressure releasing slot and chemical grouting was the present rational treatment plan for the deep thick soft strata. The single pressure releasing slot plan was better than double pressure releasing slot plan and the chemical grout was better than the cement grout. The plan applied would not only have obvious water sealing and leakage prevention results, but also would be more effective to reduce the convergent rate of the pressure releasing slot. The service period of the pressure releasing slot would be 3 to 6 years. The convergent value of the pressure releasing slot could be replaced timely when reached to the design value.
