摘 要:在中厚低透气性突出煤层巷道掘进过程中,为了解决煤与瓦斯突出预测指标经常超限,掘进速度缓慢等问题,提出了水力挤出措施和巷帮钻场边抽边掘相结合的综合防突技术。阐述了水力挤出措施的工艺流程和巷帮钻场的布置参数。研究表明:在中厚低透气性突出煤层中采用水力挤出措施和巷帮钻场边抽边掘相结合的防突措施,可有效消除激发突出应力和煤体结构的不均匀性,提高煤体强度和煤层透气性,使巷帮钻孔瓦斯抽放量大幅度提高,增大了煤体抑制突出的阻力,能有效地预防和消除在掘进过程中煤与瓦斯突出的危险性,且能使巷道掘进速度提高1~2倍。During the heading of the gateway on the medium thick and low permeability outburst seam, in order to solve the coal and gas outburst prediction index frequently over the limits and to solve the slow heading speed, a comprehensive outburst prevention and control technology in combined with the hydraulic pushing measures and the gas drainage operation in the side wall of the gateway along the heading operation was provided. The paper stated the technical parameters of the hydraulic pushing measures and layout parameters of the drilling site along the sidewall of the gateway. The research showed that in the medium thick low permeability outburst seam, the outburst prevention and control measures in combined with the hydraulic pushing measures and the gas drainage operation along the sidewall of the gateway and the operation of the gateway heading could effectively eliminate the excited outburst stress and the dishomogeneity of the coal structure, improve the coal mass strength and seam permeability, high improve the gas drainage quantity along the sidewall of the gateway, increase the resisitanc eof the coal mass to restrain the outburst, effectively prevent and eliminate the danger of coal and gas outburst during the gateway heading and improve the gateway heading speed by 1 to 2 times.
