摘 要:为解决平煤天安十矿采面采空区漏风严重造成煤层自燃的问题并判断出自然发火区域,采用喷洒阻化剂、架间注水、采空区注氮的治理技术,并保证采面月推进速度在50 m以上,成功消灭了戊_(9-10)-20190采面采空区的自然发火事故,分析确定了采空区自燃三带的分布情况,研究出自然发火预测预报指标:当自然发火系数小于0.004 5时,无自燃现象;当自然发火系数不小于0.006 1时,预报自燃。In order to solve the seam spontaneous combustion problem caused by the serious air leakage in the coal mining face and goaf of Tian'an No. 10 Mine of Pingdingshan and to identify the spontaneous combustion area, with the control technology of the spraying chemical resistance agent, water injection between the supports and nitrogen injection in the goal and to ensure the face forward speed over 50 m per month, a spontaneous combustion accident in the goaf of E9-10 -20190 coal mining face was successfully eliminated. The paper analyzed and identified the distribution of the spontaneous combustion three zones in the goaf. A premeasured and predicted index of the spontaneous combustion was developed. When the spontaneous combustion coefficient was less than 0. 004 5, there would be no spontaneous combustion phenomenon. When the spontaneous combustion coefficient was not less than 0. 006 1, a prediction of spontaneous combustion would be made.
