摘 要:选用黄孢原毛平革菌对义马煤进行了微生物降解试验,主要考察了硝酸、双氧水和超声波预处理对义马煤微生物溶解的影响。试验结果表明,煤样的预处理可以促进义马煤的微生物降解,硝酸预处理的效果最好,降解率提高了28.34%,并对义马煤原煤样及预处理煤样进行了工业分析和元素分析,煤质分析结果表明预处理是对义马煤的一种氧化方式,增加了煤样中的氧含量,更有利于微生物降解。The biological degradation test of Yima coal was conducted with the selected Phanerochaete chrysosporium in order to mainly investigate the pretreatment with nitric acid, hydrogen peroxide solution and ultrasonic wave affected to the biological degradation of Yima coal. The test results showed that the pretreatment of the coal sample could promote the biological degradation of Yima coal. The nitric acid pretreatment had the best result and the degradation rate could be improved by 28.34 %. The proximate analysis and element analysis were conducted on the Yima raw coal sample and pretreated coal samples. The coal quality analysis results showed that pretreatment was a oxidized method of Yima coal and increased the oxygen content of the coal sample, which would be more favorable to the biological degradation.
