摘　　要：该文对当前我国寄生虫病疾病谱的变化、医学寄生虫学教学改革和部分寄生虫名词的统一性等问题进行评述，并提出有关建议。This paper commented on the diversification of guide on parasitic diseases in China, pedagogical reform on medical parasitology as well as the unification of partial terms on parasites, then proposed some relevant suggestions.
