镇痛灵在糖尿病防治中的作用机制

摘　　要：目的研究镇痛灵对Wistar糖尿病大鼠的防治作用机制。方法3～5个月龄Wistar鼠75只,雌雄不限,随机分为糖尿病组60只,尾静脉推注1.5%四氧嘧啶50mg/kg;正常对照组15只,尾静脉注射等体积生理盐水。72h后,以血糖值大于16.67mmol/L为造模成功。将糖尿病大鼠随机分为4组:①模型组;②3种不同剂量镇痛灵治疗组。第5周测血糖后乙醚麻醉下断头取血,分离血清测放免、生化指标。结果①1型糖尿病模型制备成功;②糖尿病大鼠与正常对照组比较,血清胰岛素(Ins)、C-肽、T-AOC明显降低,差异有高度显著性意义(P<0.001);血糖、XO值升高(P<0.001);③中、高剂量治疗组血清血清胰岛素(Ins)、C-肽、T-AOC值与模型组比较,明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血糖、XO值降低(P<0.05)。低剂量治疗组各指标变化与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论镇痛灵对糖尿病有防治作用,并在一定剂量范围内呈量效依赖关系。Objective To observe and explore the results relation of Super Painkiller effects experimental the male wistar rats and precaution-treatment of diabetes. Methods 75 wistar rats at 4-6 months of age were divided into two groups at random：The group of diabetes mellitus were 60 rats, they were injected with Alloxan（50 mg/kgl. 5% ） （2）Control：15 rats were injected with the same dose of sodium chlorido injection. After 72 hours,we observed the blood glucose change,when blood glucose was higher than 16. 67 mmol/L,the model was formed, the rats of diabetes mellitus were divided into 4 guoups. （ 1 ） The group of diabetes mellitus. （ 2 ） the group of diabetes mellitus was treated with super painkiller. After 5 weeks, We took blood glucose. Got blood a from vein, killed the rats, the other side were produced of micture, made serum out, measured dofa. Results （ 1 ） I type model of diabetes was formed. （ 2 ） Compared diabetes rats with normal group, serum Ins, C-P, T-AOC dropped sharply, the diversity was significantly. XO, blood glucose increasd （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. （ 3 ） Compared with the model group, the serum Ins, C-P,T-AOC of therepy（middle,hight） group were very high, the diversity was significantly, XO, blood glucose dropped（ P 〈 0. 05）. low dose group not significantly with diabetes. Conclusion It is proved that super painkiller has surely function of descend blood glucose, it has precaution and treatment function to malfuction of diabetes rats.
