面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎43例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床特征,以提高该病的防治水平。方法收集43例面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的一般资料、临床表现、治疗情况,并加以综合分析。结果经过心理治疗、停用激素、对症治疗后,痊愈35例(81.4%),显效5例(11.63%),好转2例(4.65%),无效1例(2.33%)。有效率为93.03%,未发现明显不良反应。结论本病有明显的特点,应当注意预防,积极治疗。Objective Investigate the clinical features of steroid addictive facial dermatitis to enhance it＇ s prophylaxis and therapy. Methods 43 steroid addictive facial dermatitis patients＇ common data, clinical manifestations and treatment were collected and analysed. Results After mental treatment, discontinuing steroid and expectant treatment ,35 patients were cured,5 were significantly alleviated,2 were improved, 1 was invalid. The effective rate was 93.03%. No one had obvious side effects. Conclusion This disease displayed distinct features. We should emphasize prophylaxis and treat it positively.
